New Users: How to Enroll
- Click the “Pay Online" button below to visit Soft-Pak VVS account management portal.
- Choose "Register Now" and create an account with your email and a memorable password.
- Enter your customer number (e.g., VV-1234567-8) and access code (e.g., 1234067) from the front of your bill.

Once logged in, click on “Pay All Invoices” for one-time transactions or “Autopay Enrollment” for recurring, automatic payments.
Manage Pay Accounts
Set up automatic payments with either a credit card or bank account. Payments are deducted on the invoice date.
- Choose your payment method and select “Add Account”
- Enable AutoPay for the chosen method and click “Confirm Changes”.
Past Due Accounts,
If your account is overdue or service has been paused due to non-payment, please contact us at collectionsmail@myvvs.com to restart or reschedule your service. Your waste collection will resume on your next scheduled pick-up day after the service is restarted.
